Core Humanitarian Standard

Oxfam Denmark is certified by the Humanitarian Quality Assurance Initiative (HQAI), an organization that evaluates the work and methods of development and relief organizations to assess whether we meet the internationally recognized quality requirements set out in the Core Humanitarian Standard (CHS).

Since 2018, our relief work has been certified by The Core Humanitarian Standard.

The label aims to improve the efficiency and quality of the assistance provided to people in crisis. Receiving the CHS label is a testament to the quality and accountability of our relief work.

CHS is an independent organization which assesses on an annual basis whether our relief work lives up to nine commitments.
