Organisation
Oxfam Denmark's highest authority is the Board of Directors. It approves the year's activities and budget and is in close dialogue with the management. The board is involved in hiring senior management in Oxfam Denmark. Once a year, we hold a general meeting where you as a member can influence how we work in the future. It is at the general meeting that the board of directors is elected. This is also where our bylaws can be changed.
Oxfam Denmark is also part of the global Oxfam - a worldwide movement of people who give their time, energy and resources and really believe that the world can be different.

Board of trustees
Oxfam Denmark' political leadership is elected by the members each year at the annual assembly. The Board has 10 members, who takes the overall decisions and sets the framework for Oxfam Denmark' work.
